At Mundo Tees, every single garment is specially created on-demand. For this reason, the following conditions apply:

Return Window

We accept return or replacement requests within 30 days from the product delivery date, in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Due to the customized and print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection made by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preferences regarding color or design

  • Shipping or address errors provided by the customer

We strongly recommend that you carefully review our sizing chart and guides before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Products

We accept replacements or refunds in the following specific cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • Printing error

  • Incorrect item shipped

For these circumstances, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery by providing:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product displaying the defect

Returns of Non-Defective Products

In highly exceptional cases, we may evaluate return requests for non-defective products. These requests:

  • Are subject to prior approval by our team

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

  • The product must be completely unused and in its original condition

Mundo Tees reserves the right to reject any return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Resolution Process

Once your case has been evaluated, we will:

  • Ship a replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund, as appropriate

In most cases involving defective products, it is not necessary to return the item back to us.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
